Responsibilities
- Greet our customers with a warm smile and make them feel welcome and appreciated
- Assist our current State Farm customers with basic to complex requests
- Provide advice and recommendations tailored to individual needs
- Work as a Team player to help us provide the exemplary service and customer experience we are known for

Requirements

Preferred Background
- No insurance background required - we will educate and train the right candidate
- Candidates should have prior office experience (Banking, Healthcare Admin, etc) or retail experience or be recent college graduates

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, and Retirement Planning.
- Our office is located in downtown Roanoke Rapids direclty across from the Post Office..
- Our office is open 8:30 - 5:30pm, Monday -Friday..
