Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic multi-tasker to join our 5-Star Rated Team! No insurance background required. A great phone voice, an infectious smile, and a positive attitude are the winning traits we are looking for! This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to begin a new long-term career. Responsibilities
- Greet our customers with a warm smile and make them feel welcome and appreciated
- Provide service for basic tasks such as payments and document requests
- Direct the traffic of incoming communication and connect the customer need with the appropriate associate
- Assist our Team Members with general office tasks such as mailing, faxing, and contacting customers to verify information

- Candidates with prior office experience (Banking, Healthcare Admin, etc) or retail experience will be given preferential consideration.
