In this role you will....
- Be the friendly face that greets our customers and answers their calls
- Assist customers with their payment and billing questions
- Direct complex customer questions to the appropriate team member for assistance
- Complete basic service tasks that do not require an insurance license

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- People-oriented

- Extremely comfortable with technology
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task under duress
- No insurance background is required for this position, but professional work experience is a plus

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, and Retirement Planning.
- Our office is located in downtown Roanoke Rapids direclty across from the Post Office..
- Our office is open 8:30 - 5:30pm, Monday -Friday..
